Electronic Confirmations
If your practice collects email addresses, your patients will receive e-mail confirmations in addition to standard telephone confirmations. If the patient confirms the appointment electronically, the telephone confirmation for that patient is stopped. If your practice doesn't collect email addresses, now is a great time to start. If your patient confirms electronically, the confirmation is free.

Web Management Portal
As a Visionary REMINDER customer, your will receive your own customizable HIPAA secure web management portal. The portal gives you total control over the appointment confirmation process. Advanced reporting features display the status of all confirmations as well as print reports for your office staff. All portal tools are accessible from any secure web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.), from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Integration
Visionary REMINDER provides a multitude of secure integration options to retrieve patient schedules from your existing practice management, EMR, or appointment scheduling system. If your practice doesn't have an appointment scheduling program, you can use our free web based appointment book.

Live Transfers
Live transfers are only available in confirmations during your normal business hours. If it is after hours, only the standard confirmation options (Confirm, Cancel, and Reschedule) will be available during your patients confirmation call. The feature can be enabled or disabled from your Web Management Portal.

Special Instructions
