Visionary Office PM and Dream EHR manage shared information together in three main categories: demographics, scheduling and billing.

Demographics
Office PM allows entering and editing of the patients age, sex, employment, race, occupation, insurance and contact information which is usually updated at the front desk. Both programs synchronize through an interface enabling them to share necessary patient information.

Scheduling
Scheduling patients is primarily done using Office PM, which synchronizes with the Dream EHR. The physician can see their schedules within the EHR, and can review the patient's visit history or next appointment wirelessly from their PC Tablet.

Billing
After each visit, Dream EHR transmits the necessary billing information to Office PM (the front desk), which facilitates a complete claim. A bill for payment can be printed and handed to the patient when they check out. Automatically all the necessary documentation is attached for each payer, reducing claim rejections.
