Certified Partners possess a high degree of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies. Partners at this level may demonstrate their proficiency in one or more Microsoft Competencies and receive, at a minimum, phone-based management, which gives them a closer relationship with Microsoft. Certified Partners also have access to a rich set of benefits that can help them gain an advantage in the marketplace.
