End Of Lifecycle and Product Support
The Visionary Office software runs on the Microsoft Windows Operating System platform. As such, we are obliged to follow the Microsoft Product Support Guidelines. Microsoft has established Lifecycles for its products. At product EOL (End of Life), Microsoft will no longer offer support, patches, updates or help for the product.

The following chart reflects the Microsoft lifecycle. Visionary Medical Systems,
Inc. continued to support Windows 98 and Windows 98 Second Edition through
the hot fix extension period (now expired). Visionary Medical Systems, Inc.
no longer supports Windows 98 or Windows 98 Second Edition at this time. Additionally,
Windows XP Home Edition is not recommended for use with The Visionary Office.
