| Accounts Receivable Reports | The Accounts Receivable reports screen shows the plethora of selection
criteria available. Pressing the "Totals Only" command button gives you an exact
picture of the Accounts Receivable without having to print the report. The "A/R Ending Date" field offers the Visionary OFFICE™ users a feature that very few, if any other systems can. By entering the date desired, you can get the Accounts Receivable Report as it was on that date. There is no need to run all of your reports at the end of the month before starting the new month. Simply start entering the data for the new month, and set the "A/R Ending Date" to the last day of the month you wish to report on. | |

Report detail can
be suppressed or include in any of the criteria listed in the "Report
